Rigel Records announces the release of "North Coast Noel", an eclectic mix of traditional and popular holiday and Christmas music from a variety of Cleveland area artists. All artists on this compilation donated their time and energy to this project, and the proceeds will go to The Salvation Army World Trade Center Disaster Relief Fund.
